You have told us that you don’t like eConsult; here at Holes Lane we are continually looking to improve the way that patients can contact us.
We are changing the way that patients can contact us online, we think that it will be easier to use and we hope to be able to respond more quickly to your requests.
The new system will be in place in March and we hope to have everyone up and running by the end of March.
