Zero tolerance

The Practice fully supports the government’s ‘Zero Tolerance’ campaign for Health Service staff. This campaign recognises that GPs and their teams have the right to provide care in a safe environment, free from abuse, threats, or violence. Delivering safe and effective healthcare depends on mutual respect between patients and staff.

Our staff strive to be polite, helpful, and sensitive to each patient’s individual needs and circumstances. Patients are respectfully reminded that staff often manage multiple tasks and challenging situations simultaneously. The Practice recognises that unwell patients may sometimes act unpredictably or emotionally, and staff will always take this into consideration when handling misunderstandings, complaints, or difficult interactions.
