We have the facility to send reminders to patients who have given us their mobile telephone number and their consent.
You need to complete a consent form in order for this to happen. These are available from reception or you can print one out here and drop off at the surgery (a signature is required)
Please ask one of the receptionists for a form next time you are in surgery if you wish to use this facility – give it a try!
It is your responsibility to inform us if your mobile number changes. We are not liable if you have given us your consent to send sms text messages and the number we have is out of date.
